  • Good in SQL Query
  • Good in resolving technical issues.
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and experience in handling clients
  • Should be fluent in kannada

JOB Description :

  • Handle the software support
  • Work with SQL Query for solving tickets
  • Attending the software issues and addressing the same.
  • Contribute in improvement of the software and closing the issues.
  • Talking to end customers and responding to the software issues and solutions.


  • MCA or BE with Computer Science/IT/E&CE/Information Science
