- Work with SQL Query for solving tickets
- Attending the software issues and addressing the same.
- Contribute in improvement of the software and closing the issues.
- Talking to end customers and responding to the software issues and solutions.
- MCA or BE with Computer Science/IT/E&CE/Information Science
